    With Corona Realty Inc., our knowledgeable and experienced real estate professionals will help you every step of the way.  Our support and administrative Team is always available to facilitate the co-ordination of showings, home inspections and help with the processing and servicing of your listing.

    We strive for the highest level of service for each of our clients.  So you'll be justified in expecting, at a minimum, the same level of service you'd receive from any other real estate brokerage.  A reasonable commission fee is just our way of saying, "Thank you for your business."

Here's what we'll do for you:

  • Prepare and explain a Computer generated Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) for your home

  • Provide pricing recommendation/suggestion

  • Provide written explanation and discuss the various forms of Agency Relationships

  • Prepare and review an MLS® Listing Contract

  • Provide suggestions for ways to best prepare the home for showings

  • Record pertinent information about the home

  • Take interior and exterior digital photographs of your home

  • Place an attractive, distinct and easily recognizable "For Sale" sign on the property

  • Place the property on the MLS® system of the Realtors' Association of Hamilton-Burlington

  • Place the property on the Internet: Realtor.ca (mls.ca) and our own website.

  • Provide Comprehensive marketing of property including advertising in various real estate magazines/newspapers

  • When agreed to, arrange or conduct "Open House"

  • Produce colour brochures/feature sheets for your home's "Open House"

  • Show the property to qualified customers

  • Provide a lock box to facilitate easy showings of property by other REALTORS®

  • Schedule all appointments for other REALTOR® showings

  • Obtain and provide other REALTOR® feedback after they've shown your home

  • Periodically discuss how marketing of property is progressing and advise about any changes that may be required

  • Represent Seller at all Offer Presentations

  • Negotiate the best price and conditions possible for the Seller

  • After the sale, arrange any extensions or amendments to the Agreement of Purchase and Sale if necessary

  • Hold all deposit money In Trust until closing

  • Co-ordinate home inspections, appraisals and final inspections with the buyers or the buyers' agent

  • Provide all required documents to your solicitor

  • Represent your interests as a Buyer when searching for your next home

  • Refer you to another professional REALTOR® if relocating to another city or to another country

  • Upon successful completion of selling your home and purchasing another one, we will provide the same level of superior service to any other person you refer to us


  •     Don't be fooled into believing that we need to reduce service in order to provide these great rates.  We believe that traditional real estate fees are too high and that there are excessive profits in the industry.

        We know that we can do better!  And, we think that providing FULL SERVICE, the same that you'd expect from other traditional commission brokerages, while DRASTICALLY reducing our commission fees IS BETTER.
